Your photos

Photos go only to our character upload service. The form does not save photos in browser storage. After an upload succeeds, its thumbnail is cleared.

Original photos are held in private storage while your order is prepared. Unpaid uploads expire after 24 hours. For paid orders, originals are deleted after their character references are saved, with a maximum retention of seven days. Expired files are removed by the scheduled cleanup process. They are never published as public image links.

Creating and delivering your book

After confirmed payment, our generation provider uses your photos to draw the characters. Generated character references are used for later book pages. Order details, generated artwork and PDFs are kept privately for processing and delivery. Stripe processes payments, Supabase stores private order data, OpenAI creates artwork and stories, and Resend delivers order emails.

Removing an original from our storage does not remove a copy retained by a provider under its own policies. Provider retention and deletion terms will be confirmed in the final policy before public sales.

Accounts and access

You can order as a guest. An optional account uses a private sign-in link sent to your email. Order and download links are private and should not be shared.

What still needs review

The final policy will confirm retention of generated books and order records, provider data handling, deletion requests, analytics, support contacts and the privacy responsibilities of Goober Marketing Pty Ltd.
